Law of Attraction Tips and Tricks

These Law of Attraction Tips and Tricks will have you raising your vibration and attracting a life that you want- hopefully at least a few of them can be your “saving grace” in times of need.

The concept itself is really is quite simple.

Just focus on what you have already, focus on the positive aspects of your life, and most importantly focus on your thoughts and adjust your perceptions accordingly so that you keep your thoughts in a positive state.

Simple, right?

Or is it?

Yes, to do just that in a nutshell is really quite simple, but the reality of it is that some of us struggle with consistently maintaining that positive thought state for the simple reason that we are human and probably have busy lives that cross over with other people with busy lives and life happens ****happens and quite frankly it can just be sometimes down right hard.

Here are some simple tips to keep in mind to help keep you closer to a positive vibe and attracting more of what you do want in your life….

Tip 1. Just Breathe- and put things in perspective.

Seriously. Sometimes a deep breath is all it takes to put things in perspective. Did you wake up today with a roof over your head, get up and have a nice big glass of fresh water and a nice breakfast? The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization estimates that about 795 million people go hungry each day (based on 2016 statistics) which translates to 1 in 9 people. So the next time you are feeling sorry for yourself count ALL the serious blessings in your life including all the simple things that you might look over. Chances are many have it WAY worse.

Tip 2. Write things down

It is absolutely amazing how quickly we can tend to forget/leave out/look past all the wonderful things that have actually happened in our lives so far. Spend some time to write down at least 5-10 positive experiences you have had to date and keep the list in your pocket or wallet. The next time you are feeling low pull it out and look it over.

Alternatively you may want to create a thankful jar and fill it up! Just take a mason jar and label it up, and then cut pieces of paper and write down the many things you are thankful for (don’t forget to include fresh drinking water) and put them inside. You can add to it whenever you wish and look it over piece by piece when you need to.

Tip 3. Do something for someone else.

Sometimes a simple act of kindness to a stranger or someone that we know can get us “out of ourselves” and into a space of purpose and thoughtfulness. Sometimes not everything is all about us and typically it is really nice to come to this realization sooner rather than later.

Tip 4. Actually Use Affirmations

Look in the mirror and start saying positive affirmations. Just do it. Do it until you start to believe it. Practice it.

Tip 5. Have fun and don’t take life too seriously

In the end…. well who knows it is not the end for me yet so I have no idea and I won’t lie to you and say I do. BUT- One thing I do know is that we won’t live forever so we should try to loosen up a bit and just enjoy things for what they are while we are here. All we can do is try our best and if we have a low day, well then- it is what it is. Move on. Tomorrow is a new day. Wake up and have a good day. Take note of the mentality used within this paragraph and see if it can work for you.
